HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
We offer free returns to the following countries;
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Kenya.
If your country is not listed here you may be responsible for the cost of your return.
Please don’t return any damaged or incorrectly delivered goods unless you’re told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

Any unwanted (Readymade) or damaged (unstitched) product must be returned within 14 days from the moment your CCAPDE order is delivered. Unstitched items cannot be returned if not damaged.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 14 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
- If an item is marked as ‘Final Sale’, this item is non-returnable.
- If item is customized stitched or altered according to your size.
- Unstitched Items if not damaged.
- Free Gifts or Items.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. In this case we encourage you to make parcel opening video and video should be proper while checking products or trying products fitting for readymade.
In Returns, CCAPDE will arrange pickup from your address in most of the cases or customer has to drop off at nearby by dropoff center. (Only for United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Kenya.)
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Exchanges are currently available everywhere if we have same item in stock anymore.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- If you provide parcel opening videos and our delivery agent check the item and report us then refunds will be instant as soon as delivery agent pick item from customer’s address.
- In other case, It depends how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
- Please don’t send return items at our registered address directly, As it can delay your refunds.
Order can be cancelled by customer due to any reason before dispatching or before start tailoring process. Product and delivery cost will be refunded to customer after the deduction of transaction charge which is 4% -6% depends on payment gateway used by customer while placing order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
