Delivery
- We take normally 9-14 days to deliver your order from order date.
- If tailoring required then it will take 2-3 days extra.
- We share open pictures with customers on whatsapp before dispatching or tailoring, In any case they are not satisfied. Money will be refunded.

Delivery Charges
- For U.K. : Flat £5 for each product.
- For European Countries : Flat £7 (8.5 Euro approx) for each product.
- For Kenya : Flat £3.5 (KES 620 approx) for each product.
- For Australia/ NZ/ Malaysia/ Singapore : Flat USD 6.90 approx (£5.5) for each product.
- USA/ Canada: Flat USD 15.00 approx (£12) for each product.
Returns
We accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 3 days of the date of delivery.
If there is any issue such as torn cloth, size issue (in ready made), Fitting issue in tailoring order, You will be eligible for refunds.
In case of tailoring orders, We give refund as tailored dresses as per your size is not useful for us. But If there is slight difference in tailoring, Then it will would be less chances for refund. But don’t worry our tailors are expert.
To eligible for refund or exchange, We need parcel opening video from right from starting of parcel opening.

Return Home pickup FREE
Your return will usually be processed within a one day. We’ll send you a Return Notification email and send courier guy to collect the items.
Please allow Item to reach at office address. Once we receive product for you, After Inspection money will be refunded. Please allow 1-4 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
